How can i send the DS-3032 to NVC

Salam Everybody

After the beneficary's signature on the DS-3023 form how can he send it to NVC

i've noticed some sent it through Email!!!!

is this available though it requires a singature?

and is the petitioner still able to receive the 1-864 form after paying the fee when the DS-3020 hasnt been sent to NVC yet?

its more than two weeks now after paying the 70$ fee and still waiting to receive the I-864?

I had my husband pre-signed the document and sent it to me. Once I found out by calling NVC at 603 334 0700 that the DS3032 has been generated, I sent my pre-signed DS3032 and sent via USPS Express mail. At the time when my case first reached NVC, there was a huge backlog and delay of response by at least 10-14 days that's why I sent mine via postal service rather than email. I am quite unsure how's the queue on email replies nowadays.

If you open and follow the link, there are 2 paths on NVC Process: Agent and Petitioner. The AOS fee bill of $70 is sent to the petitioner. Once it is cashed and credited on the case, the I-864 will be generated. The payment of the $380- IV Bill by the Agent of Choice or the Applicant (if no agent is chosen) once cashed and credited will then generate the DS230.

The only way to find out if it has been cashed and credited to your account is to call NVC and speak to a live operator. As I have noted above, the payment of $70 once cashed and credited will then generate your I-864. Check out the NVC Forum on this site, to give you more information on some of the NVC processes.

My husband emailed his DS-3032 (choice of address and agent) to the NVC on Oct. 29th, 2007 and got a reply on Nov. 2nd! He doesn't need to sign it- the email is signature enough. It definitely saves a little bit of time and is worth doing!

I too have sent in my affidavit of support fee about two weeks back and haven't received the I-164 in the mail. I heard that it could take around 4 weeks or so. Hope it comes soon!

okk soo i just fill the form and send it ? ..hmmm i got the form loaded on my pc and after i fill the required data it says i cant save this copy with data.

and you mean i can send it without a signature?

If you email them, no signature is needed. Please read my previous comments on this. To mail your DS3032, the applicant or the beneficiary needs to have his/her signature on the form.

If you email them, no signature is needed. Please read my previous comments on this. To mail your DS3032, the applicant or the beneficiary needs to have his/her signature on the form.
