you're a lucky one, we haven't gotten any touch since we sent rfe, since oct 26...don't even know what a touch looks like :crying: i can't wait to see case resumed online...what does it say on your online status now?

it still says that they send out a RFE ...but yet they touching the case every day...i think they got the RFE but didnt update the system

I havent had any touches since July 27 when I sent in the 129 f and it was returned...due to my attorney forgetting to enclose the check with the 129f....since then...absolutely nothing at all...not a touch...not a status change... nothing... nothing at all
