No not really,but it is still good to add it anyway. I know a girl that got an RFE cos her birthcertificate was missing (she was the foreign fiancee)

I included my fiancee's Birth Certificate (certified) with my petition. I would submit it since someone just got an RFE for that reason.

It is not necessary... but including it is no harm no foul.

Foreign fiancé's BC not required or the I-129f (as stated, it's possible to get an RFE for it which sounds odd, but what will you do?) - it (BC) will be required for the DS-156 which will be part of Packet 3 (after approval and petition is sent to your country's Embassy/Consulate).

I did send mine too, but had an RFE since it was in danish. They needed it to be translated. I would mean that your birth certificate is the most importent document in everything we are going through here. I would send a copy
