when you go for the interview how many bank statements shoud my fiance bring?

also, is there a minimum in the bank account I must have in order to prove i can support her? thanks!

If your salary meets the 125% poverty guidelines, you don't even need to prove anything else. That being said, my husband (fiance at time) took 6 months of bank statements, a letter from my bank stating all the important info., a letter from both my employers, and 6 months of paycheck stubs. I am of the belief it is better to be overprepared.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Unless you are relying on assets instead of income, no, there is no minimum in the bank account, nor is there a direct requirement for any bank statements. If income is sufficient, you may simply skip all the asset related questions on the I-134.

If your earned income isn't sufficient, then we need to know more about your circumstances to effectively advise you on what to include.

All Ann took with her were my W-2's, last years tax forms, a letter from my employer, and I had my two banks give me a statement of my average balance for the last 2 months. (I'll guarantee you, it wasn't an impressive number.)

You should be fine as long as your above the 125% Guidelines.

If it's going to be, it's up to me!
