Is NVC delayed???

CAll them. This has happened before so you might have to get your elected representative involved if they don't respond. Good luck

It was passed almost 40 days and the packet don´t arrive to NVC... Is it normal??? I´m relly worried

You should try to call them tomorrow. Our NOA2 was on the same date as yours and they received our case last week (11/2). Good luck! :thumbs:

09/28/2007 : NOA2 (144 days from filing date)

I've noticed there have been some long delays from CSC to NVC. What's up with that? I really hope this gets cleared up quickly and doesn't spread to VSC. Best of luck to all those in limbo.

22 Jun 05 - We met in a tiny bar in Williamsburg, Va. (spent all summer together)

27 May 06 - Sasha comes back for a 2nd glorious summer (spent 8 months apart)

01 Jan 07 - Jason travels to Moscow for 2 weeks with Sasha

27 May 07 - Jason again travels to Moscow for 2 weeks of perfection

14 July 07 - I-129F and all related documents sent to VSC

16 July 07 - I-129F delivered to VSC and signed for by P. Novak

20 July 07 - NOA1 issued / receipt number assigned

27 Sep 07 - Jason travels to Moscow to be with Sasha for 2 weeks

28 Nov 07 - NOA2 issued...TOUCHED!...then...APPROVED!!!

01 Dec 07 - NVC receives/assigns case #

04 Dec 07 - NVC sends case to U.S. Embassy Moscow

26 Dec 07 - Jason visits Sasha in Russia for the 4th and final time of 2007 :)

22 Feb 08 - Moscow Interview! (APPROVED!!!)..Yay!

24 Mar 08 - Sasha and Jason reunite in the U.S. :)

31 May 08 - Married

29 Dec 08- Alexander is born

11 Jan 10 - AOS / AP / EAD package sent

19 Jan 10 - AOS NOA1 / AP NOA1 / EAD NOA1

08 Feb 10 - AOS case transferred to CSC

Be patient as hard as that is....

it took 5 weeks for our USCIS approval to be sent to NVC :unsure:

see my timeline..... :thumbs:

you can call and choose to speak to a operator and look up by date of birth and name of beneficiary and the phone number you listed on the paperwork from the petioner :dance:

Hhhmmm...."waiting for the interview date"? Do you mean waiting for Paket 3 to arrive? I was under the impression that there is not an interview date issued for K-1's for Juarez, that you just show up when you have all the needed paperwork, during regular business hours...?

Just so ya'll know, there is a delay but they won't announce it. A few people have had actuall Case Officers at CSC tell them about the contractor delays. My attorney was also told that and several of his attorney friends have encountered it. The thing is, it is random so some peoples arrives in 2 weeks, others are still waiting 40 days because they are having contractor issues with their courier.

Hi, zeroland. You´re right, there isn´t an interview date! Yes, I´m waiting for Paket 3 to arrive... Is it the same thing with the letter wich NVC send to the petitionary?? (packet 3 = letter from NVC)? Thanks.

Can I talk (write) you in Spanish??
