My Case case was completed and sent to Montreal on 15th June, I read that it takes max 4 months to get interview and was so hoping

to get my interview on Oct, that didn't happen. Anyways hoping to get some good luck for November.

Anyone here going thru the same situation ??

Yes. It took 144 days for us to get an interview date (completed June 4th, interview October 26th). You will almost certainly be November. But the waiting is endless . . .

Congrats steve, and thanks for your reply... hope i am lucky for november.

Received Email from NVC yday, atlast i got interview for Nov 12 "Thanks to God"

Now More help please My hubby is a US Citizen and I have my interview next month at montreal for CR1 Visa... can anyone tell me

what questions will be asked ????

Kinda disapointing to see no names on the bottom of that list have any interview dates scheduled. No interviews scheduled in Montreal(Minus Cndwife) Lets hope those names get dates soon!

Hey everybody waiting I just checked when I got my interview date and it was this day last month. So be ready as I had less than 3 weeks to my interview! I hope all the June group get to finish this

Me neither . . . at this point I'm assuming that Montreal has fallen behind even further and I won't see a December appointment. How it can end up taking them 3 months to get through the June case co

Hey - any of your I-130 filers get in on the new NVC electronic processing stuff ??? Montreal was recently added (September or August, maybe ). Guangzhou was added in May of this year - I've been watching things FLY..

Montreal was added back in about June.

Montreal: BEAT!!! Approved!!!!!

Congrats to everyone who got November interviews! We were completed on June 26th...are we the only June completions without an interview yet :(

I would check tomorrow, you might get some good news!

12/31/2009 - Marriage

07/21/2010 - AOS approved

08/04/2010 - Green Card received (and it's actually green!)

05/30/2012 - Sent ROC packet to VSC

06/08/2012 - Received NOA1 for ROC (Dated 06/04/2012)

I'm confused... I was under the impression that interviews were scheduled in the second week of each month for the following month. How is it that you are getting interviews for November?

May 2009 - IV Fee Generated

That's not true and has never been true really. They schedule whenever they like. We heard about my Husband's interview on the 20th of the month, many here hear later, many earlier.

NVC operators state it, I guess it's their - get you off the phone - line?

Plus, it's not necessarily for the following month, it can be for a date 2 months later.

:whistle: :whistle:HEY EVERYONE WE GOT AN INTERVIEW !!!!!!!!!!! NOV. 18 AT 9:00AM YEHAWWWWWWW!!!! wow I'm so excited oh my oh my... I thought we would be like....never. oh wow now I know the excitement everyone is going through wow. I am totally shocked I had my self convinced there wouldnt be an interview til maybe December if we were lucky. I called the DOS number first thing. Like 8:31 (they open at 8:30) and the lady was really nice. oh my...Hopefully they start doing everyone quickly and this isnt too bad a wait. Ok... sorry I'm rambling and of course my husband is at work and I can't even tell him. Thank you VJ for all the reassurance :dance::dance::dance:

Congratulations! It's like they're doing a clearing out of old files, finally! That's great, you guys. I am scared of calling -- I got all excited a couple of days ago and called a couple of times but I'm a dumb-dumb! We only finished in mid August so... I won't call again as it's slightly depressing...

BUT, I am extremely happy that all of you waiting have received your interview dates -- finally now we just need to get Eklandon on that interview list and we're looking good for the CR1 June/July crew, right?

Port of Entry - February 26, 2010 Baltimore International, Maryland

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

my fingers are so crossed for you. I felt the same way about calling I thought for sure they would say not yet. When I called the lady was really nice asked for a case # put me on hold for a couple of minutes then came back and asked for my husbands name then said "your interview is nov. 18 at 9:00 am." I am so praying for you!
