Yeah...you guys are right. One tends to get a different answer with each person. Well, if they do contact me, you can be sure that I will post it here right away! I am really glad that others are getting dates, though. It's at least a good sign!

Kinda disapointing to see no names on the bottom of that list have any interview dates scheduled. No interviews scheduled in Montreal(Minus Cndwife) Lets hope those names get dates soon!

Hey everybody waiting I just checked when I got my interview date and it was this day last month. So be ready as I had less than 3 weeks to my interview! I hope all the June group get to finish this

Me neither . . . at this point I'm assuming that Montreal has fallen behind even further and I won't see a December appointment. How it can end up taking them 3 months to get through the June case co

Interview Assigned - December 3, 2009 - FINALLY!!

Medical - December 14, 2009 - Passed

Embassy/Interview - January 26, 2010 Montreal, Quebec Canada - 167 days PASSED!!!

Port of Entry - February 26, 2010 Baltimore International, Maryland

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

I called up, and the guy (overjoyed at his job heh) said that his system said I wasn't scheduled but to call back in a week because it may change.

lol looking at that list I don't know what to think. I called up like I said any they said no interview on their system but call back in a week, but I'm hearing that they're saying October scheduling is complete. Congrats Steve on your interview; I'm hoping I'm going to be very soon. What I'm not understanding is how someone who had their case completed two months after mine has an interview in early October (congrats on such luck though!), and someone who was finished just over a week before me has an interview, but the Dawg here is still waiting for his bone!

I hope I haven't fallen through the cracks... I'll know something's up if I don't get one in November if I don't get an October date.

They do say 'scheduling is complete for the month' - the operators that say that - mostly, do not bother to actually look and see if Montreal or Vancouver have finished - it's just a generic response.

If they say it has finished for the month it means absolutely nothing really, just need to keep calling, at least until the end of the 3rd week of the month.

lol looking at that list I don't know what to think. I called up like I said any they said no interview on their system but call back in a week, but I'm hearing that they're saying October scheduling is complete. Congrats Steve on your interview; I'm hoping I'm going to be very soon. What I'm not understanding is how someone who had their case completed two months after mine has an interview in early October (congrats on such luck though!), and someone who was finished just over a week before me has an interview, but the Dawg here is still waiting for his bone!

I hope I haven't fallen through the cracks... I'll know something's up if I don't get one in November if I don't get an October date.

Question for Steve -- did you get email confirmation or did you just call up? I don't know where to look first for my interview date.

Hey Dawghouse, I thought that I may have fallen through the cracks, too, but I think we're in the same boat (and they can't misplace TWO, right?). I did e-mail the NVC on Thursday, saying it's been a long time since they completed my case and I still don't have an interview, but they haven't answered yet. I'll post it here if they do. I think that Sierra did online submissions for Montreal (they only recently started that), so perhaps that is why the interview was scheduled earlier. Just a guess, but I agree that it doesn't make sense that they haven't scheduled all of June, yet started on August. Hopefully, we'll be scheduled soon!

I hope so! Your case history and mine are actually VERY similar. My case was delayed because they didn't quite understand the AOS situation, and had to resend a couple forms with the amended information they told us to fill out because of the conflicting information on the NVC Web site (basically right information, wrong way to put it on). We paid everything online right when they told us to, so it actually was going fairly quickly. It's really only the waiting for the interview that's been as long as waiting for USCIS accepting the petition.

Sorry, I missed your question. I tried calling but couldn't get through. We'd emailed them stuff before and given them my email address at some point - I think it was on the DS230 where you can give them your email address. Anyway, they emailed me and my wife with the date. It was pretty late, like 9pm, when we got the email.

I really, really hope you get your interview for October. Waiting sucks. It really does.
