Thank you. I am excited. 24 days til I fly out there to go to his interview! I bought the tickets not long after I heard the date.

Kinda disapointing to see no names on the bottom of that list have any interview dates scheduled. No interviews scheduled in Montreal(Minus Cndwife) Lets hope those names get dates soon!

Hey everybody waiting I just checked when I got my interview date and it was this day last month. So be ready as I had less than 3 weeks to my interview! I hope all the June group get to finish this

Me neither . . . at this point I'm assuming that Montreal has fallen behind even further and I won't see a December appointment. How it can end up taking them 3 months to get through the June case co

Since I m DCF would my "Done at NVC" date be the date I sent my completed checklist in to Montreal?? I am trying to compare my "time line" to others that have their interview date....Just hoping for an April interview.

6 June 2008- Mailed I130 to Toronto (DCF)

7 Nov 2008- I130 approved in Toronto!!

21 Nov 2008- Received Packet 3 from Montreal

4 Jan 2009- Mailed Packet back

9 Feb 2009- Medical in Toronto

24 Apr 2009- Interview in Montreal...Approved!!!

30 Apr 2009- Received Visa... few hours later crossed to border for the 6 day drive to Utah!!

6 Apr 2009- Arrived at our new HOME!!

13 May 2009- Welcome letter received

19 May 2009- Went to social security office and "applied" for SSN

22 May 2009- SS Card arrived in mail!! (I guess they did send in the paperwork at the interview...)

Hi Rena,

Yes it would be - once the file is completed at NVC - for a non-DCF applicant - the next step is for it to make its way to the consulate.

I just called the 202-663-1225 and spoke with Travis...

He said we need to contact the Montreal consulate and see why the packet 4 hasnt been sent out yet. I am so confused. I thought we were just waiting for the interview date...My hands are shaking. I have to move by the end of May and was hoping we could all go together.

Anyone know who I contact/ or have a number for Montreal...

21 Nov 2008- Received Packet 3 from Montreal

4 Jan 2009- Mailed Packet back

9 Feb 2009- Medical in Toronto

24 Apr 2009- Interview in Montreal...Approved!!!

30 Apr 2009- Received Visa... few hours later crossed to border for the 6 day drive to Utah!!

6 Apr 2009- Arrived at our new HOME!!

13 May 2009- Welcome letter received

19 May 2009- Went to social security office and "applied" for SSN

22 May 2009- SS Card arrived in mail!! (I guess they did send in the paperwork at the interview...)

Hi Reeena,

There is no phone number for Montreal, well there is but they do not take phone calls.

You will have to email them, be sure to put your case number (if you have one) in the subject line of the email. The address is:

I just feel sick... am I missing something? I received my checklist from Montreal and sent it back after I got everything done, so I am confused on the packet 4 the guy was talking about.

Am I missing something?
