I called after I read that had been scheduled and I recieved my interview too! ...
So excited!!! (And nervous!)

I'm sooooo happy for you!!!! The wait is almost over! You'll be just fine No need to be nervous (like me saying that actually makes it any better ) Get there bright and early! I'm so excited for you!

I guess I should post here! I am trying to find out the average time it takes for an applicant on the CR1 process to obtain an interview in Montreal. I thought it took about two months, can anyone help me out please???!

The post two above yours should help you get an idea for how long the process is. I started my application in April 2008 and have an interview in March 2009- so about 11 months from start to finish for me. Longer if you count the time it took for me to obtain my marriage certificate from the province (then it is about 14 or 15 months from marriage til interview). HTH!

just a quick note - I offcially didn't get a March interview - told to call back 2nd week of next month if I get one for April

due to timelines i am pretty sure it will be April

Wow. Well, at least you know that there will be no hitches with your trip to Ireland next month! I really would like to see some pics of that if you wouldn't mind sharing them with us when you get back. I hope that your interview is in April and that it fits perfectly into your timing. :star:

Are you talking about from case complete at the NVC? If so, the most recent looks like it ranges from 69-113 days. Take a look at the timeline (The DTI is from when you are done at the NVC until the interview date):
