Kinda disapointing to see no names on the bottom of that list have any interview dates scheduled. No interviews scheduled in Montreal(Minus Cndwife) Lets hope those names get dates soon!

Hey everybody waiting I just checked when I got my interview date and it was this day last month. So be ready as I had less than 3 weeks to my interview! I hope all the June group get to finish this

Question: Is it still only 3 years before you can apply for citizenship after being on a greencard? My welcome letter said 5 years, but I'm hoping this is excluding spouses...

Also, if your spouse is military, you only have to wait 3 years and if they are deploying you can qualify for expedited naturalization!

If you r CR1 I know u wait 5 years, IR1 wait for only 3 years.

Correction...... 3 years for all spouses... you must live and be married for 3 years to apply NOT five.. Ir-1 and cr-1 is not what matters. The only difference is a cr-1 will have to ROC after 2 years and an Ir-1 does not have to.

Question: after POE, do you have to wait for your green card in order to cross the border? I am going to continue to work in Canada after I move to Buffalo, but need to know if I can cross or not shortly after my POE...

Met in 2004 at a Dave Matthews Band concert, started dating November 2005, engaged February 2009 and married November 14, 2009. Together in the US on March 19th 2011

Nope the cr-1 visa and stamp are valid for one year so you can use the i551 to travel back and forth till you get your greencard.

cr-1 is a multiple entry visa thingy lol

pretty sure they will want to see some documentation for the flu shot, the only thing they take as verbal is the having chickenpox as a child

At my medical two years ago I had to show proof. I had the flu shot at a local clinic and had the nurse administering the shot write a note with the date and vaccination type noted.
