Can someone explain to me why, if you DCF in the UK, you can bring in virtually no proof of reestablishing domicile and it's all good?

That is the question I would like to ask in an 'Open letter' to the COs in Montreal.

Kinda disapointing to see no names on the bottom of that list have any interview dates scheduled. No interviews scheduled in Montreal(Minus Cndwife) Lets hope those names get dates soon!

Hey everybody waiting I just checked when I got my interview date and it was this day last month. So be ready as I had less than 3 weeks to my interview! I hope all the June group get to finish this

Me neither . . . at this point I'm assuming that Montreal has fallen behind even further and I won't see a December appointment. How it can end up taking them 3 months to get through the June case co

That is the question I would like to ask in an 'Open letter' to the COs in Montreal.

I got the impression Montreal is so rushed that if everything isn't just so it's easier just to have absolutely every requirement exactly as they want it so they can get as much done in one day as possible. At our interview the guy was in an unbelievable hurry.

Hi all,

I just got a reply from Montreal's email, 3 weeks after I sent in my request re: re-schedule. Below is their reply. Now, we are scrambling to get everything ready in the next two weeks (book medical in BC, book flights, home appraisal for domicile...). Wish me luck!!

Please be advised that if this appointment is cancelled, it may take approximately 5 months to reschedule. All our dates for March and April are already booked. Please advise only if a new appointment is being requested if you cannot make for March 11, 2010.

Due to high volume of cases pending scheduling priority is given to first time appointments and then the reschedules.

Thank you for your understanding.
