does this now mean we can call Montreal. I've gotten no-where emaiing them.

We, as in the people on this list, normally call NVC to see if there has been an interview scheduled - have you given them a try?

i checked..... nada... zip.. nothing...

man im not liking this... lets wait until after the 14th i guess.... :help:

I called this morning as well, nothing scheduled for us yet, will try again later in the week too :thumbs:

I wonder if Knowledge got an interview

i wonder to.. her last post was like dec 4th.............

Kinda disapointing to see no names on the bottom of that list have any interview dates scheduled. No interviews scheduled in Montreal(Minus Cndwife) Lets hope those names get dates soon!

Hey everybody waiting I just checked when I got my interview date and it was this day last month. So be ready as I had less than 3 weeks to my interview! I hope all the June group get to finish this

Me neither . . . at this point I'm assuming that Montreal has fallen behind even further and I won't see a December appointment. How it can end up taking them 3 months to get through the June case co

Well, I nearly passed out when I saw that LadyJane had an interview - I wasn't going to call until next week. So, of course I called and WE HAVE AN INTERVIEW TOO!! Jan 22/07. The guy on the phone said they mailed out the information on Friday!!

IR5-I imagine that there's a lost SNL skit with Christopher Walken and Will Farrell that is saying "More Thrust, I need more thrust" (instead of the "more cowbell")

Just a note, if anyone has an interview date they don't particularly want to share, for whatever reason, no problemo, if you let me know that you got an interview we can just note that you have and not put the date up here :)

2007-12-24-Mom's I-551 arrives, Pop's still in purgatory (AP)

yeah i have, but nothing yet.. we should have something for us in janaury becase our dates are very close with the person that finished on 11/08/07...

hopefully we will know for sure by the end of this week...

otherwise i know its for sure in feb... which i hope its most likely on jan.!!!

Thanks for the congratulations.

Just wanted to add that today the automated message changed and now states that our file has been sent to the consulate in Montreal (Yes, I kept calling, I wanted to know if it would change). So happy.

03/01/07 Mailed I-130 priority post to Nebraska.

06/19/07 Approved!!!

07/10/07 NVC assigned case #.

10/25/07 NVC Case Complete!!!!

01/22/08 Original Monreal interview- requested to reschedule, told 3-4 month wait.

04/17/08 Interview in Montreal

04/21/08 Received VISA package

06/24/08 Crossed border

07/26/08 Received conditional greencard

07/28/08 Received SSN in mail (went down and applied in person 07/14/08)

08/11/08 Infopass appointment to request 10yr greencard instead of conditional. Mailed out 1-90 with support.

09/25/08 Received case # for I-90

02/17/09 Received 10yr greencard!!! WOOHOO

i called yesterday they said nothing yet. they told me once i have an interview the automated response will let me know i have one and than if i wanted to know exactly what date they speak to an operator....

any luck on anyone else

Yes we got it too!!! I just can not believe it yet!...all our hollidays plans are down in the river now...i'm not ready at all anticipating it much later....i hate paperwork...and the medical now! :dance::crying: Praying for all in waiting for an interview! and don't do like us, get ready in advance...

25 Aug 06 - Sent I-130 (a Friday)

28 Aug 06 - NOA1 & Certif. receipt returned ( a Monday) Day 1

29 Aug 06 - USCIS cashes check

30 Aug 06 - check cleared & 1ST TOUCH.

01 Sept 06 - NOA1 recvd by Mail

09 Sept 06 - 2ND TOUCH (a Saturday)

09 Mai 07 - NOA2 (2 e-mails)

Note: were told the long delay due to huge backlog and internal changes in VT

NVC :

04-June-07 - NVC generates DS-3032 & AOS bill

12-June-07 - AOS Bill payment sent/ alien receives DS-3032 form (by mail, dated 4th June)

13-June-07 - Alien sends back completed DS-3032 (by mail)/ rcvd 19th of June approx.

To mid July-07 - I-864 form sent completed and IV fee bill

19-July-07 NVC rcv I-864 form; mail signature rcvd.

22-Aug-07 Ds-230 with documents sent to NVC.

20-Sep - 07 Alien sends NVC Missing document. NVC receives it the 25th.

05-Oct - 07 NVC completed.

16-Jan - 08 Interview, 3 questions asked, visa approved same day, received 1week later approx.

Note: delay due to internal delay, missing document (not rfe) and self procrastination of understanding some abstract terms. C Post not at all reliable (delivery duration, delivery with signature (did not deliver personnaly), and delivery of interview letter rcvd after the interview).

In USA:

01-03-08 POE Entry in USA

...-03-08 2 Welcome in America letters and green card received.

I called today and she told me to call back on January 11th haha

NVC operator told me to only call in the third week of each month to check the interview schedule. She said the interview is always scheduled in the second week of each month. For Jan, the interviews have been scheduled already. Maybe they just don't want us to call everyday.....

April 28 2007 sent I-130 to NVC

May 22 2007 application transfered to CSC

July 11 2007 received NOA1, decide to apply CR1 instead of K3

Aug 14 2007 touched (not sure if it is touched before Aug 14)

Aug 21 2007 NOA2 in snail mail :)

Aug 27 2007 NVC received our case, number is assigned.

Sep 11 2007 DS3032 and AOS bill generated and mailed out

Sep 12 2007 mailed out DS3032 from Canada and hubby mailed AOS bill in US. DS3032 will arrive NVC 3 days slower than AOS bill.

Sep 18 2007 Auto msg says NVC received DS3032, didn't mention AOS bill yet.

Sep 24 2007 IV fee bill generated

Oct 8 received IV fee bill. Still waiting for 864form

Oct 13 received 864form letter. It was issued on Sep 24 at NVC. Mailed out 864 on Oct 15

NVC agent said they don't receive IV fee bill nor 864. Send out IV fee bill again end of Oct.

Nov 8 IV fee bill entered to system

Nov 12 DS230 generated. But agent still said 864 is not received yet.

Nov 20 resend out 864 again(Hubby forgot to write case number on documents last time)

Nov 27 NVC Auto message said received 864, now waiting for 230

Nov 29 230 delivered. Will arrive at NVC next day.

Dec 3 NVC received 230 and put into its system

Dec 13 NVC operator told us the case is in administrative process.

Dec 14 Called operator again, and magically the case is completed!
