ok I wanna know is this normal.

today 2 guys from the consulate came to my niebourhood and asked my niebours and my family questions about me and my wife and our marriage.

they said they weren't supposed to come to my house, they wanted just to ask my niebours but luckly the first guy they asked was my friend  and he came and told me so I went out and met them.I have never heard they do that in morocco till today. Is this normal or is it just because they are trying to be more careful

Did the guys say who they were? What were they asking?

I haven't heard of this in Morocco that I can remember.

they were from the consulate.they had my passport and some papes from my case :) I think they were just making sure our marriage is real and I'm not just paying her .

I think it's a good sign. I can't speak for morocco, but in Cairo they did that with my fiance. A man from the embassy went to his house and asked his mom and family questions about if they knew me (although they did have pictures of me with the family), and he asked if she knew i was divorced with 2 kids. Her response was: she was married and it didn't work, and she divorced, that's life. it can happen to anyone. why should i not want them to be together if they love each other? She's a muslim and she's a good woman, what more can i ask?..........Way to go mommmm

I think that's normal and it shows that they're working on your case, so keep your spirits high

Yes, very normal. My grown daughter stayed with my husband's family a couple of months. During my husband's interview, the CO asked why my daughter was there without me. My daughter's visit occured several months before my husband's interview.

This is the first time Ive heard of it happening in Morocco. However putting the words 'weird' and 'casablanca' in the same sentence is quite normal :)

OMG...

'Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO, What a Ride'

My husband is in Kenitra, too. Thanks for mentioning this, Tarik.

My husband is also from Kenitra and I mentioned it to him so he would be prepared if this happened to us.

I'm glad I helped :) If you have any questions contact me :)
