We have just started completing our AOS paperwork and we have a question on the first thing that we have to fill in!! It says "family name". Should we put Claudia's maiden name or her married name. I hpe that some one can help with this simple question.

11/26/07 - Received NOA for AOS and EAD

12/20/07 - Biometrics appointment

01/09/08 - EAD production ordered

01/18/08 - EAD card received :)

02/28/08 - AOS interview

07/14/08 - Greencard production ordered

07/18/08 - Received "Welcome to the USA" letter

07/25/08 - GREENCARD received!!!!! :) :) :)

Print whatever name she's using now that she's married.

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

If she is gonna use married name then put married. U are writing name that is gonna be written on a green card!!!!

Put the last name that she's using now. If she's using her married name, then put that on the application.

Bee - Devon PA, USA (he's the one who gave her the shiny ring)
