Man, im so excited right now!!

We were touched yesterday and we were excited, hoping to get our 2nd NOA next week. Here in Brasil no onw works today and i thought it was the same in usa, because of the easter!!!

But anyways, i came to the computer to message my baby, and i thought "ill go look on uscis website to see if something happened" and i saw another touch dating today, not more april 13rd and when i clicked to see the thing i saw it:

Receipt Number: WACOhmyGodwewereapproved!!!

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On April 13, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours.

WE WERE APPROVED, GOD!!!

I cried this week too much, i was so depressed and losing my hope. Bryan and I were praying every night together, and we know that the approval is not in God's hands, but He helped us to go through this waiting and gave us strenght to go on!!

Now if i can say something, is thank God for everything, every word some of you guys spent with me, every hand, every prayer, thank you guys and THANK YOU GOD!

I love my baby and we are so happy!!!

Congratulation to you and me and all that received the NAO2. I cant believe I was never touched. I had checked the online status 2 times today. Oh well, It was a great suprise.

OUR COMPLETE TIMELINE

Latest steps:

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

02/07/2007- Envelope received!!!

02/10/2007- Flew to the USA!!!!!!

04/17/2007- Wedding day!!!

2000 - Met online in yahoo chat rooms (had known cousin and brother for a year or two)

06-10-2005 - James visited Australia for first time on ETA- met in person

02-14-2006 - Engaged on Valentines day!

03-1-2006 - James returns to the US after 9 wonderful months visiting together

03-15-2006 - Realise we can't live without each other - James visits Australia again

03-24-2006 - I-129f express courier to TSC

03-29-2006 - I-129f package arrives in US, picked up by TSC 5:33am

04-05-2006 - Receipt Notice for NOA1

04-06-2006 - Money order cashed :)

04-11-2006 - Received NOA1 in mail!

07-04-2006 - Received notification that RFE sent on June 23 - Still waiting to actually receive in post.

We sent a letter to CSC to cancel our application. Can't afford repeated air flight tickets to see each other and there's no way we can be apart. Married and staying in Australia :)
