K3 app lost by post office

I send in the I-130 on Jan-25 by certfied mail, as of today and still did not get a delivery confirmation from the post office. I asked them about this and was told if I still not heard in 14 postal days total, I can file for a lost.

Well this will not do me any good. Should I file again or wait longer?

Does anyone has similiar experience?

I was told certified mail does no tracking, only return confirmation when the mail is delviered.

If it is time sensitive or important documents, they told me next time to use express mail which the mail are tracked.

one thing worries me is who gets these forms will have all my personal info.

Like the USPS said, it may take 14 days for first class mail to arrive at its destination. Don't refile. But do check with your bank to see if the fee was cashed. If it was cashed then the service center has received your petition.
