Hello Everyone,

How long does it takes to receive notice for biometrics for EAD & AOS?

It's been 32 days since NOA for EAD & AOS.....

I heard it takes 30 to 90 days right?

So if i still don't get it in 90 days, what should i do?

It may very well take 90 days to here anything. My husband didn't have his biometrics appointment until after day 90. I don't think we go the letter until midway through February, about 2.5 months after the NOA1.

If you don't hear anything after 90 days, schedule an infopass apointment for the 91st day at your local office and ask them what is up. If you've had your biometrics appointment before then, but don't have the EAD issued, you will hopefully be able to get an interim card at the infopass appointment.

well if you dont know anything after 90 days you can ask for infopass to get interim EAD i think, it has only been 32 days, check timelines it is taking average 2 months to get those ok

im waiting too but less time so far..........
