I send my I-130 petition when I received the NOA 1 I submitted the I-129F for Spouse, I have been checking on line every day however I don’t understand what does it mean when people get touched how do I know if I got touched.

Touched means that an Immigration Officer has looked at your paperwork.

I just registered for the online notification, since I recieved the NOA1 today, with a recieved date of 4/11/06. According to my portfolio, the file was last updated on 4/16. I have a hard time believing that my file was touched so quickly, and an even harder time believing that it was touched on Easter Sunday!

I'll just be happy that I have the NOA1.
