Aside from current tax papers, I can't think of anything else. Maybe his underwear, for some reason men tend to have the underwear of strange women and women never have the underwear of strange men. Why do you suppose that is?

I got a bank letter, stating how much money is in his account and when the account was open.(he had a hard time getting this letter, cause the bank teller was stupid lol)

I got the last 3 years of income tax statements.

A letter from his employer, stating how much he made, his position, hrs a week, and when he was 1st employed.

A letter of intent.(saying hes still free and willing to marry me)

Remember to make copies of everything. Give them the originals from the bank, employer and letter of intent. They are happy with a copy of the income tax, as long as you have the original, or copy of the original.

All of this list pertains to the Affadavit of Support form, which your fiance will have to fill out and sign as well. :)

If your fiance has any original evidence of your relationship (letters, etc you have sent, pictures, etc) -- you may want to consider having them send it to you to have on hand. You never know what the officer may ask.

What if he doesn't have a bank account? Will copies of his income tax return for the last 3 years suffice?

I think Bee just brought his tax return from the most recent year and the consulate officer didn't have a problem with that.
