I posted every so often here and definitely visited here practically on a daily basis. I definitely learned a lot from this site and the posters in this forum. Thank you.

Life is sooo good with my hubby, well except for the finances! We figured by July he'd be working, so the money did start to run thin, but he's actually at work today. Just started. He's been over here about 7 months now, I'm sure he has enjoyed not working for that whole time and he didn't have any problems with missing family and friends, he communicates with them almost on a daily basis through messenger or phone, or Bebo. Plus we had to go the special channels for his football. He's actually even had his first visitor, his brother came over for a little over a week. Sure we're still in the newlywed stages, but life is great. I'd go through it all again in a heartbeat to have what I have now.

Good to see Frances back, I wish JaylenBrit would pay us a visit, but it's been so long I don't think she will :(

aww fanks Welshie!:luv: A year off from VJ was a little weird at times, but it was a good thing at the time. Glad to be hangin around again. Glad you are here too!!!!!!!

For us, we celebrated hubster second anniversary here back at the end of June. We filed for removal of conditions back in April.......... *snooooooooze*, and are still waiting on that. <_<:dead::reading::sleepy::protest::clock: We'll celebrate our 4th anniversary on New Years Eve (FOUR YEARS!!!!!!!!) while we are in the UK for the holidays. We'll file for citizenship as soon as we are eligible and hope that doesn't take ANOTHER bleeding year (IT WILL).

All in all though, adjustment for hubster was amazingly smooth. He's extremely adaptable and laid back and had his job within a month of arriving and has made a whole slew of friends. He's much more of a socialite than I am, so he's able to get out and do the things he likes with his buddies without me feeling the need to accompany him to something that I might not enjoy. It works out really well for us. He's been back to the UK twice over the summers and has enjoyed his trips back, but I DO know he feels this is his home too. He has said if we lived in a remote or urban area, he might have not found it as easy as he has because living in a big city we are able to do so many things, get the Indian AND Brit foods he craves (curries and pickled onion Monster Munch....hehehe), he downloads all of his Brit TV, and he has his Brit pub for footie and steak n' ale pie! LOL

Here we are from our weekend away last weekend...

Spencer and I both use this sign on and you will see postings from both of us upon occassion. Neither of us have been on in the past few weeks.

I have been crazy busy with work and he has finally started to work so we don't have the spare time we used to have. We are having a great time, no difficult adjustments really so I guess we are pretty lucky.

I pop in to see if we have any messages and how some friends are doing.

Hope everyone is doing well!
