Just got off the phone with NVC and even though CSC says mine was sent out on 11/6 (I've called CSC 3 times now and get the same answer) and others sent out on the same date have been received by NVC already, mine is MIA...no where in sight. They have no record of it. It has been 4 weeks today since my approval...I'm really getting tired of all this waiting :crying::crying::crying:

It has got to be there u2rsobad. I am thinking they are taking their time inputing it into the computer.

I know how frustrating this is for you but try to relax. I know that is easier said than done. I am hoping

when you call again, they will give you good news. You know that I am sending positive vibes your way.

Good luck!!

No offense Marta, but I hope it was sent out before. It's hard enough being told 3 times by CSC that it was sent out and seeing everyone else get news that theirs was already received and that some are now leaving NVC. I expected 2 or 3 weeks with the way CSC has been doing business lately, but when people who are approved 3 weeks after you already have cases leaving NVC, it's a bit depressing. Hopefully you and everyone else approved recently won't have this same torment and they get their act together. It's bad enough when it happens waiting for your NOA2, because each officer finishes things at a different speed, but just to send it out...more than a bit frustrating.

Thanks for the support and I won't give up. I haven't seen him in a year and this silly delay isn't helping matters.

Sorry..hope you're all having a good day and come on CSC & VSC!! We need more approvals here...have many friends waiting for good news!!

I called the CSC today. The first time I called I followed the menu in the right way and got New Mexico.. I then called again and was told after a lot of times asking that my case was sent to the NVC on Nov 9th :D I am pretty happy about that :dance::dance: Not sure if it is true but I want to think it is :dance::dance::dance:

CSC told me the same thing...I've called NVC twice... yesterday and today...they have not our received petition yet. I wonder what the normal time from CSC sending until NVC receiving time is.....

Lately about 3 to 4 weeks, but for some it was only a couple of weeks. It's 4 weeks today for me and NVC still doesn't have mine even though CSC says it was mailed on the 6th.

I wouldn't think it should take more than a week to get from California to New Hampshire in a good pick-up truck, with a crate of petitions in the back. :)
