hi everyone! we just got our NVC case number today - MNL2007XXXXXX. i think, uscis sent it last nov 1 to NVC and NVC got it on Nov 8.

just be patient and we will all have our cases sent to NVC.

We got approved on Oct 17 and the folks at NVC continue to say they have not received it. Perhaps even there the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Hopefully my love will get something from the embassy and be a surprise soon. cb

I got approved on the 18th and it sat in the mail staging area at CSC until 11/6, so maybe yours was in the same batch as mine. I'm going to call on Monday, by then they'll probably have it logged into the system (I'm betting they get them in the mail/delivered today)

I got approved on the 18th and it sat in the mail staging area at CSC until 11/6, so maybe yours was in the same batch as mine. I'm going to call on Monday, by then they'll probably have it logged into the system (I'm betting they get them in the mail/delivered today)

We certainly hope we r in the same crate too I think we wont be calling till Monday as well Ok see you guys probly on Monday after I get back to cz

You may be..did CSC say that they had already sent yours? The person I was originally responding to was approved the day before me, so maybe they were in the same batch. Have you or anyone approved near the same date as you been told by CSC that it left the "mail room?" Let's hope they sent out all they had!

We haven´t called anywhere yet...been pretty busy so the days flew by without us noticing So we probly call next week

Monday is Veteran's Day, which is a federal holiday so they will be closed.

i think, calling nvc and uscis thru rfe trick everyday or every other day is the best thing to do track your progress. ans it will not make harm to your cases.

don't worry, everything is in the righ time.. this is what is planned for us. just be patient. time is so fast.

Hi everyone

I am a new member and it is nice to be on this forum. I dont know weather this will encourage anyone. I got married in Nigeria on June 9, 2007. and I filed the I 130 on july 9th 2007 . It was sent to VT, received and I got the notice of action on june 16. It was approved on Nov 5th. It has been sent to the State Dept National Visa center for further action then they will send it to the Nigeria Embassy, The good thing about this, is when I spoke to them on Nov 3rd they told me they are processing April 18th. I dont know how they got to my papers that fast but I am glad they did. The key here is have faith in God.
