I'm guessing you'll hear the great news any day now -- I heard the words we've been waiting for when I called today: "Yes sir, we sent the file to Bangkok today, December 12, and your case number is XXXXXXX." Can't believe we're heading down the homestretch!

From NOA2 (11/20) to NVC receipt/turn-around (12/12) it was 3 weeks, 1 day.

GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!!

Maybe ours will fill up the crate and they will send both off! Here's hoping

The crates make no sense...we waited 3 weeks and lotsa folks that were approved after us were already at NVC....that´s just frustrating...then you wonder how many crates they have out there trying to fill them all randomly or what...

Evidence Question!

I am getting the I-134 Affadavit of Support and all the evidence of our continued relationship to take to Matthew at Christmas. I am wondering how many emails to print off?? I have around 1200 emails, logs of daily phone records for 9 months, passport entry stamps/flight itineraries/boarding passes for 7 visits in the last 9 months. I am sending all of the flight info from visits with copies of the passport entry stamps, and printing off phone records from my vonage account, so how many emails do I need?? also including about a dozen photos of us together. anything else??

for the I-134 I have a letter from my bank verifying account in good status and current account balances, date opened etc. A letter from my employer verifying employment, salary, date of hire, permanent full time status and last 4 months of pay stubs. Copies of tax returns and W-2's for 2004, 2005 and 2006. am I missing anything??

I am also including just for giggles copies of my passport id page, birth certificate, divorce decree from 1st marriage, NOA1 and NOA2, NVC receipt letter, and a new letter of intent to marry.

please review this list and make any suggestions! I am so nervous putting this last packet of info together for the interview my hand has been shaking! I just don't want to get it wrong!!!!

Thanks,

Sara

Just make a selection of the emails I guess....as for me they didnt wanna see any evidence and I spent so much time putting it all together

WE ARE ON OUR WAY TO LONDON!!!!! Just talked to NVC and our petition was shipped today the 12th!!!! I am so excited I can hardly stand it! all I need is to know our interview date and I will have the merriest christmas ever!!!!   just makes one wonder why CSC can't learn a lesson from NVC as to how to get files moving!

Congratulations

Hey Folks-

I am happy to report that we made it in and out of the NVC stage this week. They got the package on Dec. 10, and sent it out on Dec. 12. Finally!! As you can see, we had been approved Oct. 29th....so what's that, like, something like 51 days after approval before they got it!! I want to say that "We're in the home stretch now", but I know it's just the next step of "Hurry up and wait." I actually had forgotten how to update my time line.

Keep the faith, people. I guess the "lost" crate made it's way to the NVC after all,
