01/11/2008 - medical (allergic to tetanus shot, requirement waived)

02/05/2008 - interview @ 10am - APPROVED!!!!!!

07/31/2008 - AOS and EAD finally mailed

08/02/2008 - Delivered

09/09/2008 - Biometrics at 1pm, Omaha

09/26/2008 - AOS transferred to CSC

09/29/2008 - AOS touched (took out envelope at CSC and put in new pile)

10/03/2008 - AOS touched (probably that RFE coming soon!!!!)

10/06/2008 - AOS touched AGAIN!!! (surely it's an RFE)

I called the DOS today and they told me my petition left NVC Dec. 5, but as of this morning had not been logged as received by the London embassy. I'll call again in a few days to see where things stand! I really want my fiance to have an early Feb interview!

Cool! I never even thought to track with DHL! How did you get a tracking #??????

go to DHL website. Go to track by reference, Type in EXP 06 DEC 2007A and you will get a list of packages sent. Scroll down and find london package.

just change the date to view others. They obviously don't ship every day as not all dates show anything. They seen to ship en mass. According to DOS mine is getting sent today so there is a good chance others at NVC will be getting shipped too. Hope DOS was the one telling the truth and not woman at NVC. Guess I'll find out when I call to double check tomorrow.
