I'm just doing the same as I've done all through so far......

....expect the worst...hope for the best!

I want to be able to join Nick in NE mid march but by early may would be fine too

Well I think you can even hope for it being faster than that :thumbs:

Hey guys! My fiance just got a letter from NVC saying that our case has arrived at 11/19 and will be sent to the embassy in Hong Kong within a week!! :D I am so excited! :content:

We were approved on October 29, and NVC still has not received it! It will be 4 weeks on Monday. USCIS won't tell me a thing...they say it is impossible to tell me if it has been mailed already. I don't see how some of you are getting your dates!

I hope you receive your letter tomorrow. Did you talk to a live operator at NVC?

Yes, I did...everyday for the last 2 weeks! I don't think I will be receiving my letter tomorrow when they have no record of it tonight. Boohoo.

5-31-07: K-1 package mailed

6-5-07: Signature of receipt at TSC

6-12-07: NOA1 notice mailed from CSC

6-15-07: Check clears bank

6-16-07: Bank shows that check has been cashed.

6-18-07: Obtained receipt number off the back of the check and registered on the USCIS site

6-18-07: USCIS portfolio states packet received at CSC on June 12 and notice has been mailed

7-12-07: Touch due to phone call to USCIS

7-16-07: Received NOA1 hardcopy

9-25-07: Called USCIS

9-26-07: Touch-probably due to phone call yesterday

10-29-07: NOA2!!

It's amazing how fast this process moves once you no longer have to deal with USCIS. Good luck!!

we got approved a day after u and we had no touches since then and when we called csc they told us nothing either....finally called today and nvc said they received it on 21st and sent it to the embassy the same day...so try calling nvc instead hopefully your petition already went through them too :D:thumbs:

I called NVC earlier today and they still did not have any record of my case. So I don't think mine has come and gone. In fact, it hasn't even come yet according to them. I really hope to hear some good news on Monday. Do they work on Saturdays? Congrats on your petition getting through so quickly.

June 20th 2007.....I-129f Sent to CSC!

July 7th 2007....NOA1

November 8th....NOA2

December 8th.....Packet 3 Received (Sent back 10th)

January 8th.....Packet 4 Received

January 16th.....Interview in London

January 20th....Flight to AZ via JFK, received temp EAD

February 29th...Civil Ceremony

March 10th...I485, I765 & I131 sent to Chicago

March 22nd....Received NOA for I485, I131 & I765 (All dated March 18th)

March 24th....Received Biometrics Appointment Letter (dated March 20th)

April 7th...Request for Initial Evidence for I485 (Received in MO on the 10th)

April 9th....Biometrics Appointment

May 30th...EAD Card Production Ordered and AP Approved

June 7th....Wedding!!

June 13th...EAD Card & AP in hand

September 22nd...AOS Interview - APPROVED!

Nov 21st...Card Production Ordered!

Nov 22nd...Welcome to America Letter Received

It can be different for everyone, but mine was like this...

11-05 received NOA2 in mailbox from CSC

11-23 received letter in mailbox from NVC

kellyc - i understand how you are feeling. nvc still has not received our file either. this is so frustrating - after waiting so long for the noa2, i was hoping this part would go faster. csc says they show our approval as being 10-21, so its been about 35 days now that we have waited. and they can't tell me whether it's been sent or not either. grrr!!

June 4: Mailed I-129F petition

June 8: NOA-1

June 19: Check cashed

June 23: Received NOA-1 hard copy in mail

October 24: Touched!!

October 25: NOA-2 issued according to the USCIS website!!

October 26: Touched again.

October 29: Received NOA-2 hard copy in mail.

February 12: Interview in Guayaquil

Mabuhay VJers!!! just got back from a wonderful trip in cebu and bohol, philippines.

my pinay friends here in VJ and WOF texted me last friday that I already have an interview date!!! Thanks sisters!!! THANKS TO OUR LORD!!! I didnt expect that I would be knowing my medical and interview date last friday. I was in Cebu having fun in a karaoke/videoke bar when my friends texted me. ME AND CARL ARE SO HAPPY!!! Thanks a lot for all the help.

By the way, I met a couple in Bohol. I told them about this wonderful website and shared this blessing to them.

I'm gonna be with 2 other wonderful ladies on January 8 for our interview. And we're gonna have an early medical on Dec 19 and 20.

Please pray for me on my interview. Please pray for me and carl.
