The I-864 you submit to NVC and everything else will be forwarded to your embassy. It's good to have a copy of the I-864 at your interview tho. Everything else also.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Hopefully you have already made 2 copies of everything you have sent to the NVC thus far, if not you should start making extra copies hence forth because you will especially need it for the green card interview.

You should take everything you have forwarded to the NVC and bring an extra copy with you to the interview. Make sure you also bring supporting evidence of your relationship since your initial petition...phone records, mail, e-mails, plane tickets, etc......

Good luck!
