I thought you were renting it out?

well, I wanted to, or at least leave it for a "buffer" in case something does not work out here, but with insurance the ay it is in FL, I would have been dropped at the end of my policy period. Finding a dwelling policy is not the easiest thing, and I am not interested in paying the state to insure it. As it stands now that lil 1200 sq ft house costs 1500 a year to insure. State insurance is much more.
