Anyone have a good recipe for a Harvest Cake??

I have a recipe for Harvest Loaf ....

Harvest Loaf

1/2 margarine, softened

1 cup white sugar

2 eggs

1 cup canned pumpkin (without spice)

2 cups flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking poder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Cream margarine and sugar together. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in pumpkin.

In another bowl combine the remaining ingredients, stir to mix together. Pour flour mixture into egg mixture. Mix all together, just until moistened.

Spoon into a greased 9" by 5" loaf pan. bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for about 10 minutes. then turn loaf onto a cooling rack. when cool wrap.
