hi everyone!

i have questions for DS-230 again!

here it goes:

for # 16& 17, where is asks for "Place of birth" of parent's...what do i write? do i write just province and country or town, state, and country?

for #20, where is says "CITY OR TOWN"? do we just put city or town name or we have to put our full address like street number and street name and town and zip code and all? how did u fill it up?

for #23, again where is says "SCHOOL AND LOCATION", do we put the whole address or just town, state, and country?

for #25, again where it say "LOCATION" do we put the whole address of where we went to visit? because i went all the time to my husband's place but were not married or anything at that time...?

for #29, where it says "NAME AND ADRESS OF PETITIONER", is it the petitioner is a beneficiery or the US citizzen (applicant)???

please help...i know i m always asking about DS-230..but since i read that people are getting RFE's for DS-230 for even little thing...i don't want to get RFE too!!!

thank you all sooo much in advance,

pari

I'd follow Lona's link but here's the quick rundown. Petitioner is the sponsor (USC). For address just use the general, not the specific. For example, Toronto, Canada as opposed to 1 Blue Jays Way, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Parents place of birth is similar, Yourtown, Canada as opposed to 21 St.Vitas Row, Come By Chance, Newfoundland, Canada.

IR5

2007-07-27 – Case complete at NVC waiting on the world or at least MTL.

2007-12-19 - INTERVIEW AT MTL, SPLIT DECISION.

2007-12-24-Mom's I-551 arrives, Pop's still in purgatory (AP)

2008-03-11-AP all done, Pop is approved!!!!
