Hi everyone,

Does anybody knows how many days or weeks does the US embassy in Manila schedules interview dates after receiving the paperwork from NVC?

I appreciate any input...... :wacko:

2007-04-25 : K1-K2 package submitted

2007-05-07 : NOA 1

2007-09-07 : NOA 2

2007-09-13 : Consulate received

2007-11-29 : Appointment letter received

2008-01-08 : Interview Date

2008-01-23 : Visa received

2008-02-05 : U.S. entry

2008-02-28 : Wedding Date

AOS process:

2008-05-22 : Filing date

2008-05-30 : NOA K1-K2

2008-06-21 : Biometrics appointments

2008-06-30 : Transfer to CSC

2008-07-30 : Approval date

2008-08-30 : Greencard received

Its depends on case to case basis, on my case:

Aug 25, 2006 - USEmbassy received my paperworks from NVC

Nov. 16, 2006 - Appointment letter received w/ packet 4

Jan. 04, 2007 - Medical

Jan. 11, 2007 - Interview

No answer! All depends on how busy they are!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

depends... before its was 60 days and then turned into 120 coz of the backlogs plus IMBRA etc... but it could be more or less lol...

embassy got my physical file on sept 18, 06 (or close to that date), then got an interview slot on dec. 27... i wish u luck!

Citizenship N-400

4/15/2010- sent my N-400 via fedex overnight

4/16/2010- signed and delivered

4/29/2010- check cleared

Hello like mine, it was 2 to 4 weeks from the date of approval.

o5-29-08--SENT THE AOS PACKAGE TO USCIS

o5-31-08--Item was delivered at 5:35 AM in CHICAGO, IL 60680.

o6-04-08--USCIS recieved the AOS and EAD package

o6-10-08--AOS and EAD NOA date

o6-14-08--Recieved a AOS and EAD notice for Biometric on June 24, 2008

o6-24-08--AOS and EAD Biometrics done today! @ 9:00 a.m in West Palm Fl.

o6-24-08--AOS and EAD touch!

o6-25-08--AOS and EAD touch!

o7-08-08--AOS case transfered to CSC

o7-11-08--AOS case pending at CSC

o8-07-08--EAD Card Production Ordered today!CRIS

o8-14-08--AOS touched

o8-15-08--Email from CRIS Welcoming for a new resident in the USA

o8-15-08--Email from CRIS EAD notice approval

o8-15-08--EAD card arrived in the mail, EAD was approved in 70 days.

o8-18-08--Received hard copy of WELCOME LETTER as a new resident in the USA

o8-25-08--GREEN CARD Card Production Ordered

o8-29-08--AOS Approved! without Interview

o9-02-08--Received GREEN CARD with out INTERVIEW, with out RFE.

We waited about a month then called the DOS (Department of State) for the MEdical schedule and Interview date, they are very advanced with information , the number is (202) 663-1225 press 1, press 0, press 0.

Removal of Conditions :

August 16, 2010 - Petition received by USCIS Vermont Center

August 20, 2010 - NOA1 received

October 4, 2010 - Biometrics

January 3, 2011 - Permanent 10 yr. Green Card Received.
