I filed to remove conditions on my Greencard a month ago and still havent received any NOA, neither has my money order been cashed. Am I still in a good shape. I looked at everybody's timeline and found out some people got their NOAs two days after filing. I went through NSC, and believe its not that slow with them..... The NOA1 may be dated a couple of days after filing, but they generally aren't sent out or the check cashed for about a month. I bet you hear something any day now ......... and probably that your case has been transferred to California (which is usually a good thing!)

Yeah, don't worry about it. We also filed Oct. 3 with NSC and still have not received a NOA. I was lucky with a 1-800 line yesterday and found out that our case has been entered into the system, transferred to California, but the officer told to wait another 3-4 weeks to actually receive the NOA. Good luck!

Thanks for the information.

usually when I call the 1-800 number, you're required to enter your application number or something like that, and that can only be found on the NOA. How did they pull up your info to tell you of your status without this. Thanks

Yes we filed late August in Texas, applications were sent to California, and even tho USCIS knows me by first name now, and we do have a lawyer although I chose to do my own research, how the heck did you get that answer? That is cool, but at least you know its somewhere......we are still waiting for our NOA1.

Cheers but curious

I guess I was lucky. I just followed prompts (i.e., that I do not have the receipt number), and the person who answered the phone transferred me to an immigration officers, who asked me for my alien number and then was able to give me the receipt number. Strangely, we already got the biometrics letter, but still no NOA.
