beautiful beaches,

You're going to want to (need to) start HERE - do some reading, then come back to the forum for specific questions you might have. The guides are laid out pretty nicely...

Its just speculation, but IMO many of the cases at Casa are flagged for approval or denial based on the original evidence submitted with the petition. then the final decision is made depending on the interview. I highly recommed chosing yourevidence carefully for the USCIS sideof the approval. Do not be afraid to incude slightly more evidence than most petitions select or USCIS requires. Address any red flag you might have in your petion with answers to the how you met question on the 129 or with photos and explaination of who is who.

Im a bit overwhelmed here at work today but will have more time tomorrow to explain abit more. Other posters know what I am talkign abotu and hopefully they will come along shortly to flush out whatI am trying to say! :help:

All you have to do is download the instrucitons from uscis.gov and follow them. I filed them and got it right even before I found this site. If I can do it, you can do it. It will tell you exactly what you need. There are also example forms here on VJ you can use to help guide you. Good Luck!
