Finally got hold of a live operator last night...

...and guess what our AoS-RFE was all about?????

my hubby failed to append his signature. mehn! in his haste to send out the 2nd copy he forgot to sign the signature page...oh well.

since i was already on the line with an operator i took the chance and asked how our DS230 was doing. he said everything was perfect with it, and the only thing we need to do is sign the sent AoS and we are good to go.

since we started this journey without using the shortcuts, to be consistent, we're continuing with the same path. we will just wait for the mail to arrive, and use the very same documents contained therein.

I take the time to open the envelope and re-prepare everything if I'm unsure.

I guess SOME MEN are careless.

hi everyone,

thanks for the pep talk. hubby got the RFE last friday, he didnt fail to sign the signature page of the AoS after all. what the NVC wanted him to sign was the copy of the tax return he filed electronically. which he now did and mailed it back saturday morning. hope the NVC enters it into their system soon, and we can finally get to hear the much awaited case complete when we call again.
