Hi there, I'm getting nervous about mailing my I-751, just don't want to do it too early and have it sent back. So I want to double check with you about my time frame. My husband's green card expires Jan. 30, 2008. I am wanting to mail the I-751 on Nov. 2, 2007 Priority Mail to Nebraska from Kansas. Does this sound correct?

seeing as you can mail it anytime between 90 days and the day the card expires why not wait another a day or two to be on the safe side, if you are not sure...?

Congrat -- oh, never mind.

Your window opens on a Saturday, two days earlier. No reason you can't send it in then. Actually, there probably isn't any reason you couldn't send it in the day before the window opens. It is supposed to be "filed" during the 90-day window, and if it gets there the day the window opens, that's the day it should be considered as being "filed.
