Hi there, I'm getting nervous about mailing my I-751, just don't want to do it too early and have it sent back. So I want to double check with you about my time frame. My husband's green card expires Jan. 30, 2008. I am wanting to mail the I-751 on Nov. 2, 2007 Priority Mail to Nebraska from Kansas. Does this sound correct?

Thanks!

L.

That is hilarious :-) I just logged on and saw my post title and thought, did I seriously type "write"? Man.... so it is funny you said something. I overslept and wrote that while still half asleep. :-)

Thanks for everyone's help.

Claudeth's card expires on February 22nd and we are mailing the I-751 on November 26th

Congrat -- oh, never mind.

Your window opens on a Saturday, two days earlier. No reason you can't send it in then. Actually, there probably isn't any reason you couldn't send it in the day before the window opens. It is supposed to be "filed" during the 90-day window, and if it gets there the day the window opens, that's the day it should be considered as being "filed.

Meh
