I thought it was next week

I have just gotten used to the 4 hour difference between Chris in Maryland and me in England. The extra hour has been lovely. It now goes back to 5 again :(

Better 5 hours than 10 hours 45 minutes... :(

We were 15 and 16 hours apart...

Thank goodness! I'm tired of it being dark as pitch when I get up in the morning.

Yes, but now it will be pitch dark on the way home from work...

Yeah, but that doesn't bother me as bad. I'm not a morning person so when it's sooo dark outside in the morning, I can't get up to save my life. I need the sunshine to get me started. Otherwise I lay there for way too long and end up late for work, just like today.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

A friendly reminder to remember to turn your clocks back this weekend, Officially at 2am Sunday Morning ... (for those people that it applies too)

It will be dark when I go to work and dark when I come home

I came from Saskatchewan Canada and we never moved our clocks forward or backward. What ensued was that it got darker earlier between June and December...and got lighter after 22 Dec until June.... It's a no brainer. Why bother changing the clocks? It's an antiquated system.

An 8 hour shift would be 9 hours because you repeat an hour. Depending on the union contract or state law it could be OT. Per federal law anything over 40 hours in a week is time and a half at least.
