We will be submitting the AOS and EAD for my fiance (soon to be husband) within the next two weeks. I know that I will have to completed the I-864 form and I'm wondering if I have to have my 2005 taxes completed. Or can I submit my taxes from the previous 3 years (2004, 2003 and 2001)?

Thanks.

ALL things work TOGETHER for GOOD!

I think you can send previous 3 years if you submit AOS before April 15, because only after April 15 you are required to be finished with filing for 2005.

This is only how it seems logical to me, but not sure.

Good luck

Ana
