Can't give you an answer about why, just give them what they want

3 different sponsors signed the same I-864? Well there's your problem then. They are Each supposed to do a form, with all the accompanying documentation. Not all on one form.

Just send them new affidavits with the required back up documents for each sponsor.

Just to mention, it may not apply to you:

I got an RFE mentioning that I didn't meet the poverty line...then in the next paragraph it also mentioned that i needed to include more proof that I meet and exceed the poverty line.

It was a bit contridicting IMO, considering that I do in fact make enough to cover my husband....

So all I did is send back more proof, highlighted all the information, and made it easy as possible to read. So far all is well and we've been transfered to Cali.

I guess what I am saying is that the RFE wording was really really backwards to me.

they signed 3 paper..1 of each...

I have 1 sponsor..and 2 co-sponsor for me...my sponsor forgot to sign the application so they sent it back to me and they told me we did not meet the poverty guideline, have to send a copy of my co-sponsor and sponsor of their citizenship/naturalization or green card and a copies of their passport...so far all that problem...i know i can send them right away the copy of citizenship/naturalization or green card and a passport copies of my sponsor and co-sponsor ..now im really confused..why didn't i meet the poverty while they only have to cover 21k annual for me..and i got 3 sponsor already..they covered more than 21k annnualy for me and i used that before for applying for my visa to enter US..whew..really confusing..i only thought that the only problem i got here is the paper that my sposor forgot to sign, and the supporting documents..

I guess we almost have the same problem..but to think of it..i sent my form I-864 together with I-864a..but my sponsor forgot to sign the I-864a..and they're asking me to send their citizenship and passport copy..how much should the sponsor have to have to cover AOS if i have 3 person sponsoring me?isn't really confusing?

SAD but true, the fact is you have people working in USCIS on your case that have no background in accounting/financial tax analysis or formal training in how to interpret or understand the financial proof of income information that even they are requesting, thus try to send in again what you may have already sent and any additional documents you think will help, more co-sponsors etc, and then include a cover sheet on top of all this and detail or walk them through and explain or point out what you have submitted. I know you are doing their job for them but give them what they want or they will just sit on it and delay it. Sorry you have this to deal with, hope you get some results after resubmitting.

I'm guessing you need a co-sponsor because your primary sponsor doesn't make enough money. If your co-sponsor's I-864 was incomplete because they didn't sign the application and didn't provide proof of citizenship, then your application didn't meet the poverty level, which would explain that message. (I think the messages are pretty standardized.) So if you have them sign it and provide the proof, you should be in good shape.

The other things to consider is whether your co-sponsors meet the limit. Unless they live in the same household, you can't have sponsors under the poverty line and add them up to cover you. (So I couldn't ask a neighbor for $5K, a friend for $10K, and a parent for $5k.) It was unclear from your post whether you have one household being the extra sponsor, or if you're combining a bunch of below-poverty level households.

Exactly. As they cannot consider the un-signed document as proof of support, you currently are not covered for the poverty guidelines.

Have you co-sponsor complete the form and then re-send them. Taking into consideration Caladan's comments above.

I guess you are right..i have the same feeling that maybe they were telling me that i have'nt meet the poverty guideline because my primary sponsor forgot to sign the contract between the sponsor and co-sponsor,,tahnk you..i will do the form and have them sign it and double check it if they sign it..whw...thank god i dont have to worry about this..but for sure next time i will make it sure that everytime i will send Documents...i must have check it twice...Thank You..isn't it Visa Journey is the best forum?i love it!!
