So basically my fiance should not say he has already been issued an interview date because they may not let him go in to hand in the medicals b4 then?

Unless they tell you something different at the medical exam the results are just taken with you on the day of the interview along with all the other documentation (I-134, proof of existing relationship etc etc).

Right Zee, your fiance will bring the medical exam results to the embassy, in the sealed envelope, the day of the interview. I don't at all believe you could bring them before the interview. I think my husband picked up his exam from the akai house, a couple weeks before the interview.

Wow....was hoping my fiance would be able to get in there before his interview, so that he could try to get his interview pushed up. I know there were some missing documents in the packets they gave him...maybe he can use that as an excuse to get in there early....? What do u guys think?

If you want to move up your interview date just make sure you have everything complete. And then go to the embassy and tell them that you have everything completed and see if it can get pushed up but they are not going to take the documents from you (probably because they know they would lose them). They may ask to see the completed forms, etc, but they will not actually take the documents from you until the actual interview.

Thanks Zee

I think we have almost everything together. I'm going to mail him additional evidence of our relationship since the filing of the petition, but thats about it.
