Im not sure I could do the Haggis.......although I have never had it........I have seen it made one time......but I could not get myself to eat it LOL.....sorry Pedro but I think it might be an "acquired" taste perhaps? lol

Well.........I broke down and went to a local Cracker Barrell for some Fish N Chips.....lol..........I suppose it was close to the English style......but not the same LOL.

Actually, I am closer to St Louis MO. I only live about 70 miles southeast of there. Chicago would be about a 5 hour drive for us.......but hey.....if we find some really good fish n chips then it would be worth the drive!!

Hey Frances.........what is the name of the place you were talking about.........perhaps we can check it out as well.......looks like we may be heading up to Chicago on a weekend and go to Elephant & Castle's..........sounds like the place to be.

I was talking to one of my British friends last nigh on yahoo and can you believe he said to me.......guess what I had for dinner last night? I said what?

We are having a VJ meet in ST.Louis tonight at an Irish Restaurant. I checked out the menu and saw Fish n' Chips which I would like to order.
