The protest is timed to coincide with a May 1 boycott of work and shopping in the United States that also has been dubbed "A Day Without Immigrants."

A Day without Immigrants? Odd: My wife will be working. She's an immigrant. I will be working. I'm an immigrant. My foreign born co-workers plan on attending work, too. Not sure what those guys are talking about...

Mexicans is the key word here, i guess they believe to be the only immigrants. All of my immigrant friends plan to attend work, and normal shopping.

I have so much to say against that article, but chose to keep it to myself and argue it with the plant next to me :)
