Hi everyone I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the interim-EAD. Basically what it is. is if you applied for the I 765 work authorization and it has been over 90 days and you have not received it you should be able to go to your local office and apply for a temporary one. I was just wondering because my husband applied back in March and we still haven't heard anything and he is needing to work soon. Thanks in advance for your help.

They stopped issuing Interim EAD in Sept 2006 from local offices... all you can do now is make an infopass appointment and request they contact the service center and get a decision on your EAD or tell you why it has yet to be approved.....
