You can get it in some of the British stores in New York as well as the British restaurant tea and sympathy; I had a can of Iron Bru and a coronation chicken sandwich there this summer.

Kentucky should be easy - parts of it were founded by the Scots!! When my son gets his kilt suit for weddings he always hires it from Kentucky!

We can get Irn Bru at a small English Sandwich shop. Nice for a change..

Yep, you can get it at Jungle Jim's in (well, near) Cincinnati. Not that far from Louisville... and that place is so damned good, it deserves a visit!

I got a couple of cans (along with some Idris ginger beer - sadly they didn't have Old Jamaica ) last time we were there, just so I could make my husband try it. I'm not sure he was all that keen...

But Jungle Jim's is great! We went there once on a trip to Cincin but it was pretty hard to find. Well worth a visit if you are in the vicinity.

I got some ginger beer and dandelion and burdock from a British store in Morro Bay last time I was out in California. My American soon to be in-laws were not impressed much by ginger beer but they loved dandelion and burdock

Barr should really hit the mainstream out there with Irn Bru, Tizer and Dandelion and Burdock.

Ginger Beer. Oh my flippin' gawd do I miss that stuff. My mum and dad used to brew their own and I'm SERIOUSLY thinking about doing it myself.
