I either haven't got my EAD approved yet, or it hasn't been updated in the system... they just updated my AP status today but said it was approved on January 23rd. I'm hoping my EAD was approved the same day, but guess I'll have to wait until next week to find out :)

They seem to be working fast for the November filers, which is great!

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

On January 24, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

This is for my mother...does she have to go through ADIT processing or she will get the card without that?

when will i receive my ead??? getting tired with all the waiting and seeing people filed later than I did got approved made me frustrated!

I hope you get good news soon! I didn't get my EAD yet as far as I know (only AP)... maybe yours just hasn't been updated too... hopefully you'll find out really soon! Plus they lost my medical for AOS :( so we are pretty frustrated about that :( so I understand in a way, I'm happy for everyone that is getting approved... but it makes us rustrated that out of everyone we're one of the ones for which they can't find the medical, and want me to do it again... a few hundred dollars and new tests when they know there aren't any problems, due to their error :(
