Just got another email from our friend CRIS saying EAD card production ordered again almost a week after the first time they ordered production. Maybe this order will actually be carried out. Or more optimistically, maybe it is already in the mail and CRIS is just engaging in gratuitous redundancy.

I just checked my status and my EAD was approved and card production ordered yesterday! YIPEE!! Still no word on AP though...it's tough to be patient...I want to see my family!

I just checked my status and my EAD was approved and card production ordered yesterday! YIPEE!! Still no word on AP though...it's tough to be patient...I want to see my family!

I know how you feel... my husband and I feel the same way and want to visit our family in Canada... AOS can take as long as it wants as long as it doesn't get stuck or anything, but we're eager for AP at least! (And well yeah I do hope AOS is quick but I just want the AP now! lol)

Case transferred to CSC! Seems like many of the Nov. filers are being transferred to CSC...

I will just take a moment to make this note: my daughter's AOS did not appear in the system until today, meaning one day after the biometrics! Her AP was there though, all this time...

Well, at least I hope we'll get over this without the stress of an interview.

Just got the golden Cris email in my inbox....

EAD Card production ordered!!!!!

We are on a role here.... Yesterday we got an email from Cris saying they sent out the AP on 01/05 and then this today!!!

It seems to me that this is a trend for Nov. filers who filed in the beginning of the month.

Congrats to zzzonzo. Hope the card arrives soon!

I'm a November filer. I just got an email today saying that my case was transfered to California. I think thats a good sign! We've got the biometrics appointment this weekend and hoping to see some activity on the EAD and AP soon after.....pretty reasonable to hope??

Usually according to the general VJ population it seems to be a good sign to be transfered to CSC, except you don't seem to get any updates according to the general VJ population. I got an email update on 12/12/2007 the day of BIOs for EAD but nothing since then. I have been waiting a total of 66 days for EAD/AP, and I know it can take alot longer for AOS.
