Finally sent my AOS package 11/02/07.

It was received in Chicago on 11/04/07.

I received the electronic return receipt in the e-mail on 11/05/07.

Now I'm biting my nails wondering what I did wrong.... because I'm sure there's "something" :wacko:

09-07-2007 Got married in Eden Gardens State Park, Santa Rosa Beach, FL

I just mailed out my AOS today. Hopefully I'll have good news soon! :)

Hello all,

Just want to open the November AOS filing thread.

AOS filling date: 07 Oct 29

waiting for my NOA1

seems like its only me for november :blink:

It IS only the first day of November. ;)

My filing date is 07october29 and they received on 07oct31

any one who filed this month

my filing was on Oct 27th and INS receieved on Oct 31st.

I see on my online bank account today that checks are cashed on 11/06/2007

$1010 and 355

Since we filed kinda late, I guess we can be considered November filers hehe we'll see how it goes? I'm dying to receive the biometrics appointment! :clock:

We just got and sent the last of the paperwork off to the attorney's today. They should recieve it monday before noon, and it should be ready for our signatures hopefully Tuesday and shipped out to USCIS by Friday. *fingers on both hands crossed*. So I guess this is where we start our waiting game.

11/12 finally have all the required paper work

11/19 sent all required paperwork to attorney via DHL

12/3 documents correct, signed and sent to attorney via DHL

12/7 packet approved and signed by attorney

12/10 packet mailed certified letter. snail mail.

12/16 packet delivered 8:09 am

12/20 NOA I-797

12/24 Notice of biometrics appointment.

1/10 RFE, F&$%. Need birth certificate for co-sponsor

1/12 Biometrics appointment.

2/14 Birth certificate received at national service center.

3/18 I-131 notice of approval sent

3/21 EAD Approved and Card ordered.

3/21 Notice of Interview Date received

3/27 EAD Card and AP received.

5/23 Interview 7:30am Approved and out of the office by 8:30am

No more USCIS for 1 year and 9 monthes

I am married to a PERMANENT RESIDENT.

filed 29 october too. all i know right now is that my checks are cashed. i didnt file I-864 yet bec my hubby's still i school. is that gna be a problem?
