bmadeline, thanks for adding those columns. Let's hope we can start filling up the approved column soon :)

I adjusted the alignment of the columns to work with a fixed space font. Either Lucida Console or Courier New should work, but if you use a different font for the table (including the default font) the alignment will be messed up. It looks wrong in the editing pane, but if you use the Preview Post button you should see it aligned correctly.

Update....we received are NOA1 on Nov.19th and have just did our BIO in Jacksonville Office Dec 7th 2007

they are very nice their ..just waiting for interview date now..any body got a clue how long from BIO to INTERVIEW.????? ON AOS...

My only update, is that I can now check the I-485 case online, and it says the RFE was received dec 6th.

I still can't check the I-765 and AP status...

Still waiting...maybe my biometrics appointments will arrive this week?

Well, I am still waiting for my NOA-s. Called again USCIS today, to get the same unbelivable answer: to wait patiently 12 weeks and then call again.

I wonder if I am the only one waiting so long among the Nov. filers. I can see there appear to be some more on the list, but I wonder if that reflects the reality, or they simply didn't update their timeline... :unsure:

What exactly happens during biometrics? Can we go earlier? Ok I'm going to do a search; I'm sure this has been answered already :blush:

March 6, 2007 - I-129F package sent

March 21, 2007 - I-129F NOA2

October 17, 2007 - K1 interview - approved

October 19, 2007 - K1 arrived in mail

October 21, 2007 - US entry

October 23, 2007 - Wedding day

November 27, 2007 - AOS, EAD, AP package sent

December 7, 2007 - Received all 3 NOA's for AOS, AP & EAD

December 10, 2007 - Received letter for biometrics appointment

January 2, 2008 - I-485 transferred to California

January 3, 2008 - Biometrics

January 16, 2008 - RFE for I-485

January 22, 2008 - RFE for I-485 arrived

January 23, 2008 - AP approved

January 25, 2008 - Case status finally updated: AP approved January 23!

January 31, 2008 - EAD card production ordered

February 2, 2008 - AP arrived in mail

February 5, 2008 - Sending a letter/RFE to CSC

February 5, 2008 - EAD card production ordered (again?!)

February 7, 2008 - RFE/letter arrived at CSC

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you can go early

for us we were there one hour early and the thing is we dont have to wait for our turn to come..................they checked the passport and the letter and gave us the ticket number and we waited for almost like 30-45 minutes as some of the people were already there...............i think its better if you go early.................may be not too early but 1-2 hrs might be reasonable time............

they do is...

take a picture

and finger print

you will be done in less than 5-10 minutes and will be ready to leave................

for us only driving time suks....................it was more than 2 hrs drive.................
