hey november people

i had been posting in the october forum because i sent my stuff in in october, but they sent the whole packet back to me with a confusing message of incorrect fees (they werent)

anyways, i finally got my NOAs dated recieved nov 28, reciept date nov 30. so i guess that just squeaks me in here.

Hello all, well as I posted before I sent my stuff on November 13, but they sent the whole packet back to me :angry: with a message of incorrect date in the check , because they say the 2007 looked like 2009 :wacko: . Anyway we sent the package again on November 30 so still waiting for news. :(

Yeah! :angry: . And now I hope they don't send me any RFE..... :huh: I want my EAD !!! I need to do something I am getting so bored just to be at home :wacko: hope the days pass fast!

Received RFE today... :crying: ...guess that was the piece of mail that was returned to them, not the bio appt. letter. Oh well.

Seems there was a problem with our english translation of Ozzy's Turkish birth certificate (we didn't sign the translation...could that have been it?). We translated it ourselves. I included a statement that the translation was accurate and that we were fluent in both languages. I hope the only issue is that we didn't sign it. I really don't feel like putting out money for a "certified" translator. Has anyone else translated their own? Was it ok, or did you have problems?

The other issue was the affidavit of support. I didn't include my tax returns and W2's. Guess I figured I just gave them all that stuff in July at the time of our interview. How silly of me to think they'd still have it! :blink:

Anyways, no problem. I'll have the stuff in the mail to them tomorrow....sigh...

i already have my biometrics appointment which i cant see in the list

can somebody update please..........

how long more do i have to wait to get the EAD? can somebody put a light on this for me please

2007/11/27 - biometrics notice received, appt 12/08

2007/11/28 - biometrics taken (went early)

2007/11/28 - AOS,EAD touched

2007/11/29 - AOS,EAD touched

2007/12/27 - interview notice received, appt 02/07

2008/01/03 - EAD card production ordered

2008/01/04 - EAD touched

2008/01/08 - EAD card production ordered again

2008/01/09 - EAD touched

2008/01/11 - EAD card received in mail

2008/02/07 - Interview - AOS approved
