Those Reese's peanut butter shaped pumpkins they sell 2 for $1. Not sure what it is about them....I think more peanut butter to chocolate ratio. Whatever it is, I love them.

I felt the same way until someone told me to mix them 1/2 and 1/2 with peanuts. OMG....that is so good.

American - Milky Way, Nestle's Crunch and M&M's.

Canadian - Aero Dark, Coffee Crisp and Smarties.

For reference sake, I am the U.S. citizen in the relationship. I hadn't had any Canadian candy before one of the visits with my fiancee, but then I tried some and I liked it. It's not a very different from American candy, but it's not the same either.

While she was visiting me, my fiancee and I went to a store in the Galleria called Dylan's Candy Bar and she got different kinds of dark chocolate-covered treats. In addition, she also picked out some uniquely colored M&M's. I believe she chose purple and teal. They had a whole bunch of unusual colors (and candy from various eras). :)

now that you mention it, they do look like little rotting teeth.....I hate them too and am happy others do too! my family treats me like a freak cos I don't like them.

*before anyone says anything - while I may be a freak, its not cos I dislike candy corn :lol:

Anything that doesn't have high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated fat in it...which would be pretty much nothing in the USA in terms of candy. I know candy is not a staple food, it's not even meant to be good for you, but it should 't be so full of chemicals that it might actually be harmful. Cheap candy manufacturers!

Having said that, I love Halloween, it's a lot of fun and I love pumpkin carving.
