I also have a question about that... can you print the pictures 4 or 6 on a page or do you need to have regular pictures?

we have all our pictures on the computer taken with the digital camera and it would be alot cheaper and easier to print them rather than having them done for us ?

Any thoughts?

I couple years ago there was a lot of concern about using digital prints.

Since then there have been LOTS of people who used them and doesn't seem to be a problem.

We printed 4 pics per page with written captions below.

For backup we had taken throw away cam pics and did a couple pages with them glued on.

Total of 10 pages. CO at the interview "spocked" them out and so did the IO at the AOS interview.

Surprised me the IO questioned us at the AOS interview about the wedding pictures that had been taken over a year and 1/2 before.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

One other thing!

My first K1 petition was denied for lack of enuf pictures. [They specificially said lack of pics with family].

Second time with the K3 I hit them with BOTH barrels.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Yeah your right, we are working on getting one now. One thing that surprize me is that they asked your husband for a photo album. Wow! Guess I'll ask my wife to bring one too. Thanks.

As for those who were concerned, NO they did not ask my husband for one but I had him bring it just in case they will ask. I suggest to still have it! Hey, you'll never know....

We had to have a CENOMAR for the Regitrar"s Office when we got our marriage license, but once married the marriage certificate from the NSO has been what I've seen required. That is for the CR1 visa and we were married in the Philippines. I'm sure there are different requirements for those who marry in other countries.

I don't think you would get denied for not just having CEMAR.. That is kind of low reason for denial.
