both..and I did read the USCIS literiture and what was here on VJ. I did not seem get the full answer that I needed. There are no shadows in my actions. I am only a man in love who wants his fiancee safe and cared for....if that is a crime, then give me the death.

Well, if you're a soldier about to be deployed then you have a good chance at expediting your case. For your fiancee's health issue(s) then I'm afraid not.

I requested an expidite for health..was denied. These are VERY hard to get. I've understood some with major issues have been denied. I didn't have to do a letter. They've changed the proceedure. Call USCIS Customer service. They will ask you questions. Then transfer you to an Immigration Officer that will take your "statement". In about 5 days you'll have your answer. Good luck

I have known of a case when they expedited when the petitioner is currently undergoing documented treatment for cancer. But not always. So, I hope for your sake that's not the case.
